About The Opportunity
They are looking for a Disability Services Manager to join their company in Blacktown, NSW.
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure high-quality service provisions to all participants and continued business growth and development.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Work collaboratively and proactively with participants, carers, and families in all aspects
- Complete all aspects of employee management, training and development, recruitment and induction
- Identify and implement new financial models, supporting self-directed approaches and program sustainability
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A Cert IV in Disability (preferred), Management or Business
- Strong knowledge of NDIS and relevant State and National legislative requirements.
- A current National Police Check and Working with Children Check
- A current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- An NDIS Workers Orientation Certificate
